Zone A

This zone is applicable to the following counties:

Illinois: Henry, Knox, McDonough, Mercer, Rock Island and Warren (as well as all of the territory west of IL Route 78 and south of U.S. 30 in Whiteside County)

Iowa: Muscatine, Scott and all territory south of U.S. 30 in Cedar and Clinton counties

Zone B

This zone is applicable to the following Illinois and Iowa counties: 

Iowa: Washington, Keokuk, Louisa, Wapello, Jefferson, Henry, Des Moines, Van Buren and Lee

Illinois: Henderson, Hancock, Adams, Pike and Calhoun

Zone C

This zone is applicable to the following Illinois and Iowa counties: 

Illinois: All territory north of U.S. 30 and west of Illinois Highway 78 in Jo Daviess, Carroll and Whiteside counties

Iowa: Allamakee, Clayton, Dubuque, Jackson and all of territory north of U.S. 30 in Clinton County
